1. Consultation & Planning

This is where we set the foundation.

We’ll talk through:

  • Your vision and priorities

  • Venue logistics and sound needs (ceremony + reception)

  • The vibe you want during each part of the day

  • Music styles you love (and what you never want to hear)

  • Your key moments—from entrances to the final song

If we don’t finish everything in one meeting, no problem. We’ll schedule a shorter follow-up to finalize the order of events and outline a timeline that makes sense for you, your venue, and your guests.

2. Music & Moments Meeting

This is usually the most fun—and it’s where things start to feel real.
We’ll cover the music and pacing for:

  • Ceremony (processional, signing, recessional)

  • Grand entrance

  • Cocktail hour + dinner ambiance

  • First dance, parent dances, and any special dedications

  • Cake cutting, speeches, and other traditions (or modern alternatives)

  • Dance floor energy and “how the night builds”

  • Your must-plays and do-not-plays

Not sure what songs to choose? You won’t be left Googling at midnight. We’ll offer thoughtful options that match your style and the feel you want.

3. Final Run-Through

In the final appointment, we confirm details and tighten the plan.
