Can you work from our event planner's run-of-show and handle specific cues?

Absolutely. Working with an experienced planner helps make sure everything hits the mark. Music cues, lighting cues, and energy shifts can all be part of creating a memorable event.

Can you coordinate with our venue, production company or AV team?

Absolutely. If we are not driving all of the AV needs, we will work to support your event team and make sure the necessary connections are ready for audio or video.

How do you handle last-minute program or schedule changes?

With over three decades of experience, we have had our share of curveball situations. Being prepared allows us to remain calm and nimble so the flow never feels disrupted.

How do you transition from cocktails and dinner into entertainment or dancing?

Those transitions can be handled smoothly with announcements, music, and a change in lighting to help shift the energy of the room.

What professional requirements can you accommodate, such as insurance, venue requirements and advance technical planning?

Some venues and classic buildings may require an additional insured rider. That is no problem. We can carry up to $2 million in liability coverage when required.

What if our party isn't really a dancing crowd?

That is perfectly fine. Music can still create the atmosphere, while interactive options like Act Fast Trivia or Music Mix Bingo can give guests another way to participate and have fun.

Can you help us develop a timeline even if we don't have a professional event planner?

Yes. As part of our planning process, we can help build a timeline around the important moments of your event. It doesn’t need to be complicated, but having a plan gives us a framework to work from while still allowing the event to feel organic.

How much information do you need from us to personalize the event rather than making it feel like a generic party?

Getting to know you is an important part of our planning process. Sharing your music tastes, the reason for the celebration, and a little about your guests gives us a good framework to create something that feels like your event rather than just another party.
